प्याले में मुस्कुराती सुबह
यूँ तो चाय का गर्मागर्म प्याला हमेशा ही मेरे सुकून,ख़ुशी और परमानंद की वजह हुआ करता है पर अलसभोर की पहली चाय मुझे विशेष रूप से लुभाती रही है। एक कप चाय की वह मीठी मीठी चाह ही वह जादुई ताकत है जो, सुबह सुबह नींद से न खुलने वाली जिद करती बोझिल पलकों,अलसाए-सुस्त तन मन को रोज ही हराती आई है। निद्रा सुख छोड़ने का लॉलीपाप साबित होती है पहले प्याले की वह चाह। अर्धचेतना की स्थिति में चाय की खुशबू से रचा -पगा स्वाद मुँह में घुलनेलगता है। मेरे और मेरी पहली चाय के बीच कहीं न कहीं एक सम्मोहक डोर है जो मुझे कड़कड़ाते जाड़ों ,गुनगुने बसंत,तपती ग्रीष्कालीन रातों के अंतिम शीतल प्रहरऔर बरखा की रिमझिम फुहारों के बीच भी तड़के उढौना- बिछौना छोड़ने को विवश कर देती है।
अपनी पहली चाय का उत्सव सरीखा स्वागत करती हूँ मैं। मौसम चाहे कोई भी हो पर हर सुबह कुदरत अपनी अलहदा ख़ूबसूरती ,नायाब करिश्मों और भरपूर शबाब के साथ मेरी चाय से जुगलबंदी करती हुई मौजूद रहती है। चम्पई अँधेरे और सुरमई सुबह के खूबसूरत अंतराल की धूसर सी रंगत ,झिर्रियों से ताकझाँक सी करती महीन मंद सी उजास और कुदरत की गुपचुप सी निराली नखराली छटा के बीच कांच के छुटके से गिलास में छलकने को आतुर लबालब भरी चाय का मज़ा-----बस्स्स यूँ समझिए की गूंगे के गुड़ की मानिंद है, शब्दों की सीमा से परे।
अदलते बदलते मौसम के साथ चाय के घटक अलबत्ता अदलते बदलते रहें पर चाय के पहले प्याले से उपजा सुख कभी नहीं बदलता है। सर्द सुबह में बारीक कुटे हुए अदरक और गुड़ की कड़क गाढ़ी भूरी चाय ,तपिश भरे मौसम में इलाइची दाने से महकती गमकती सुनहरी चाय और बरखा बहार का सज़दा करती लजाती इठलाती तुलसी कालीमिर्च वाली चरपरी झन्नाटेदार चाय।चाय तो बस चाय है जनाब ,अपने हर रंग रूप में लाजवाब।
विद्वजन सच ही तो कहते है कि हमारे आसपास मौजूद हर व्यक्ति ,वस्तु या घटनाक्रम कोई न कोई सबक दे सकता है,बस परखने वाली नजर चाहिए । चाय का छोटा सा प्याला भी तो जिंदगी से जुड़े कई खूबसूरत सबक सहज ही सिखा देता है। मसलन खुशी सिर्फ बड़ी बड़ी बातों से ही नहीं मिलती बल्कि चाय का एक नन्हा प्याला भी इफरात खुशी ,ऊर्जा और तरोताजगी दे जाता है। रोजाना की चाय इस गलतफहमी को भी सिरे से ख़ारिज करती है कि रोजमर्रा के ढर्रे और एकरसता ऊब पैदा करते है। चाय के विभिन्न घटकों का सही अनुपात बताता है कि संतुलन से जिंदगी जायकेदार और नायाब बन जाती है। दूरदर्शिता और विवेक के साथ बनाई गई योजनाओं के बावजूद कई बार सहसा उत्पन्न होने वाली अप्रत्याशित परिस्थितियों के प्रति आगाह करने के लिए भी किसी विद्वान् ने चाय के प्याले के माध्यम से कहा है कि -देयर आर मैनी स्लिप्स बिटवीन कप एंड लिप्स।निराशावादी नजरिया होता है -ओह गिलास तो आधा खाली है पर आशावादी भरपूर कृतज्ञता के साथ कहता है -शुक्र है गिलास आधा भरा है।आधे प्याले चाय से मिला सुकून और आनंद भी तो हमारी आशावादिता और सुकून को दर्शाता है।
