प्रेरक कहानी -राह बनी खुद मंजिल…
कहते है, आमतौर पर हर शुरुवात बेहद मुश्किल होती है जबकि अंत बहुत आसान ।बचपन में अपने पापा से, मैंने इसी कथन की पुष्टि करती हुई एक बड़ी खूबसूरत कहानी सुनी थी ।आज अपनी बात उसी कहानी के मार्फत कहती हूँ - एक बार एक यूनानी शासक विद्रोहियों पर आक्रमण करने सेना के साथ गया ।युद्ध कुछ लम्बा छिड़ गया ।जांबाज सैनिकों ने जीत हासिल करने में कोई कोर कसर नहीं छोड़ी । अपनी सारी ताकत लगाकर उस सेना ने विरोधी देश पर शानदार जीत हासिल भी कर ली पर अब सैनिकों की थकान अपने चरम पर थी ।देश वापिसी का मार्ग बहुत कठिन दिख रहा था, ।थके मांदे,निढाल सैनिकों के कदम जैसे बढ़ ही नहीं रहे थे, ।बीहड़ जंगल का दुर्गम रास्ता उन्हें हताश कर रहा था।इस विपरीत परिस्थिति में शासक को अपने गुरु का दिया एक मूलमंत्र याद आया कि 'यदि आप चलने की शुरुवात कर दो तो फिर आपको चलना नहीं पड़ेगा अर्थात आपके कदमों के क्रम से उपजी लय ही आपको मंजिल तक पहुंचा देगी । 'बस उस चतुर शासक ने सैनिकों की हौसलाअफजाई करते हुए कहना शुरू किया - मेरे बहादुर साथियो,आपने साहस का परिचय देकर एक कठिन लक्ष्य पूरा कर लिया अब उठो और चलो ! सिर्फ दस कदम ..... अपने उन नन्हे मुन्नों के नाम जो अपनी बाहें पसारे अपने अपने पिता की गोद में आने को मचल रहे होंगे। शाबाश !अब अगले दस कदम उन पत्नियों के नाम जिनकी सूनी आँखों में सिर्फ अपने पतियों की प्रतीक्षा है।अब अगले दस कदम उन बुजुर्ग माता पिता के नाम जिनके जीने का अहम मकसद ही अपने जाँबाज पुत्रों को जी भरकर देखना रह गया है। सैनिक अपनी थकान भूलकर,मंत्रमुग्ध से अपने देश की राह पर बढ़े चले जा रहे थे। हाँ अब अगले दस कदम ........ अब अगले दस कदम .......सैनिक मानो शब्दों का जादू सा फूँक रहा था ,अब अगले दस कदम अपने अपने गाँव के उन पनघट ,चौपालों और अमराइयों के नाम जिनके साथ तुम्हारे बचपन और जवानी की ढेरों मीठी यादें जुडी हुई हैं और अब अगले दस कदम आप जैसे जाँबाज सैनिकों की प्रतीक्षा के उल्लास से भरी उस जनता के नाम जिनके हाथों में महक रहे पुष्पहार आप सबके कंठों में सुशोभित होने वाले है।
इस तरह उस चतुर शासक ने सैनिकों के सामने उम्मीद से भरे छोटे छोटे लक्ष्य रखकर उस बीहड़ जंगल के तार बड़ी सुगमता से अपने राज्य की सीमा से जोड़ दिए। शासक के उम्मीद जगाते छोटे छोटे सोपानों को सहजता से पार करते हुए सैनिक सम्मोहित से बढ़ते चले जा रहे थे कि अचानक जोर का कोलाहल सुनकर जैसे वे सपने से जागे ,सामने राज्य की प्रजा उनके स्वागत में नारे लगा रही थी ,वे अपनी सीमा में जो पहुँच गए थे।
इस छोटी सी प्रेरक कहानी का अभिप्राय बस यही कि यदि आप बड़ी सफलता पाना चाहते हैं तो कदम दर कदम बढ़ने का तरीका किसी भी बड़े ,भारी या एकबारगी कठिन दिखने वाले लक्ष्य को तय करने का सर्वश्रेष्ठ तरीका है। सबसे पहले अपने लक्ष्य को छोटे छोटे प्रयासों में बाँट दीजिए फिर पहला प्रयास जल्दी ही आरम्भ कर दीजिए ,आगे बढ़ने की राहें खुद बखुद सूझने लगेंगी,गंतव्य आसान होने लगेगा और आप मंजिल तक पहुंच जाएँगे। एक उम्मीद भरी शुरुवात,किसी इंसान के परम उद्देश्य को उसकी आंतरिक प्रसन्नता,शारीरिक और मानसिक सबलता और जैविक घड़ी या बायोलॉजिकल क्लॉक से जोड़ देती है और फिर लक्ष्य प्राप्ति के प्रयास उसकी दिनचर्या के अभिन्न अंग बन जाते हैं।
तो फिर भला देर क्यों ?पूरे मनोयोग से अभी अपने मनचाहे शिखर की राह का पहला सोपान पार कर सफलता को सुनिश्चित कर लीजिए क्योंकिआज नजर आ रहे विशाल ,घने सायादार पेड़ में कभी कभी किसी बीज से पहला शुरुवाती अंकुर फूटा होगा,हर गगनचुंबी इमारत केनिर्माण में पहला योगदान नींव में कही गहरे दबे पहले पत्थर का रहा होगा और फिर हजारों मील का फासला तय करने वाले नन्हे से परिंदे ने भी तो कहीं न कहीं से पहली बार पंख फड़फड़ाकर अपने सफर का आगाज़ किया होगा।
